Productivity Group: Three-Month Coaching Program
Increase your Personal Productivity in Healthy and Sustainable Ways

If you want to improve both your efficiency at work and your relaxation off work, join this productivity group for three months of intense coaching.
You will learn about exciting advances in neuroscience and psychology and gain insights into how our brains work. Based on these findings and on an assessment of your own work style and situation, you will receive the personal guidance to optimize your own best practices.
While our brains all function best within the same physical constraints, we differ in our work styles and in what structures work best for us. This program is designed to give you individual coaching as well as group support. We will always keep the focus on your personal situation, needs and goals.
The three-month time frame will allow you to truly develop, practice, and strengthen new habits.
Included in the three-month program are:
- Two individual coaching sessions of 50 min each and an initial in-depth assessment of your goals, your individual style, your situation, and your personality along the Five Factor Model (FFM).
A part of the assessment will happen during our sessions together, and a part of it will be homework for you in between our meetings.
- A copy of the workbook: “Increasing Personal Productivity in Healthy and Sustainable Ways” by Ursina Teuscher.
Based on recent findings in neuroscience and psychology, you will learn how to improve cognitive functioning, make better decisions, and increase focus. The workbook will help you apply these insights to your own work style and needs. You can look inside the book and check out the reviews on Amazon.
- Four small-group sessions of 90 min each.
After our individual work together, you will join a coaching group consisting of ~3-5 other participants. The group sessions will give you the positive support of others who may face similar or different challenges. Being held accountable to your goals and getting encouraged by others is a very powerful help in this process.
- Online and phone support in between sessions.
Throughout the three-month period, you will have regular check-ins with me over the phone or online as needed. This may include working with shared documents or apps, depending on your needs and goals.
